Horrible experience for any type of appliance sales but since we paid for high end we expected a little more than they would give a beggar on the street. They delivered the appliances damaged without telling anyone. They damaged our brand new very expensive tile floor while skidding the oven and dishwasher across the floor and didn't even hook them up ! We paid to have the appliances hooked up but they left without a word telling the tile guy that they would be back in a and quot;fewand quot; days never to return. They refuse to return phone calls so we had to hire additional contractors to install the appliances. I suppose our business just wasn't big enough for them as they are too busy installing apartment buildings and didn't have time for the little guy.
