The repairman came when promised but was unable to diagnosis or solve the problem. He told us that Mighty Mule Gate Openers are inferior and he doesn't install them or know how to work on them. We told him before his second visit that we wanted a sensor wand hard wired and placed in conduit and yet he came without the conduit . After several hours and two visits, he gave up and left us with a gate that was not working any better. He did however send us a hefty bill,not itemitized, of $465. Do not call this company for repairs to a Mighty Mule.

A 15 minute service call to repair a mistake they made in rigging my garage door.  I talked with the owner and explained they were repairing a mistake made by their employees on a prior call some months ago.  She ignored my information and demanded a service fee.

Do not deal with these ridiculous greedy people.  You can find better on this list.

Great! Products are first rate. Brat insulates doors. They seal tightly. Openers are so quiet you may not notice when one of us comes in. Expert installation. No problems since installed. The representative took the time to listen to what we wanted done. Other companies showed up, were prepared to patch up what we had but didn't really listen when we told them we were unhappy with our existing system. Overhead Door has been in business foe quite some time and I expect them to be so for as long as I will have to worry about garage doors! I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

I was out of town and my wife needed to handle it.  They were professional, fast and reasonable.

Overall, a good experience.  I would recommend staying in close contact with the company (time seemed to lag between contact).  Once the fianl door was in and to my statisfaction, I am completely pleased with the result.

I think it went very well.  I left a message for them yesterday (Sunday) and again this morning.  I told them it's a broken spring, and we should probably replace 2.  I learned what the problem was by researching youtube and Angie's list.

We were lucky that my car was the only one stuck in the garage.  My husband was able to go to work.  We weren't desperate, and could shop around. 

After seeing that people were spending $400 to $500 for spring replacements, I made sure to ask how much it would be for the repair.  We were able to shop around.  The woman told me there's a $65 service call, a charge for the spring, and an hourly charge (I just remember the total estimate was $225.  I said fine and she said someone would be out in the afternoon.

Jason, the tech, didn't have the right spring.  It didn't take long for him to run back and get the right one, as we were nearby. So I am not going to mark off his rating for that.   He was done within a half hour, and adjusted everything.  He even showed me how to lubricate everything.    He said that 7 years is about the life of the spring.  With a 2 car garage, he said there's double the opening because you are opening for one car at a time.

He explained that there are differences in the way people put springs up.  Some people put them in tight and file them down.  Maybe that's taking more time and why some people are paying more. 

Jason said that we might need a new motor soon, when there was a squeaking noise coming from the motor.  I'd use this company again if needed.
