I am pleased with the services overall. They are always behind schedule.

My experience with this veterinarian service has been wonderful. They are located in another town about 30 miles from my house. So, I have to pay more for farm visits when they come out because of the distance. It is worth the extra money to get prompt, dependable, quality service. They always answer my questions, and they are very patient in treating the animals. They came to me and gave my six horses rabies' vaccinations, four horses' blood tests (annual requirement to transport horses), and floated two of my horses' teeth.

They are very fantastic.  I've used them for a number of years.  They love all animals.  Their price is very reasonable.  They really care about animals and sends birthday cards to my pets through email.

They have taken care of several of my dogs in the past. I have always dealt with Dr. Baird who specializes in Greyhounds. I really appreciate his knowledge and care of my dogs.

New to the area and I went to Mountain Empire after they were recommended by my neighbor. They were great. They spent time with my dog and listened to my concerns and request.s. Professional and friendly, they made the task of finding a new vet easy. I would recommend them. I did have a wait for my appointment but I felt the wait was a small price to pay for the quality of their service.

I like everything about them. There is not anything I don't like except that they are just a little bit far. My horse broke her jaw and had to have surgery and that's where we went. Their level of care and commitment is excellent.

I am always pleased with their services. Their prices are pretty competitive.

We have had real good service from them. They have animal boarding as well but we have never used them.

The donkeys are just like big dogs. They did good work on the animals. The doctor is just wonderful. They do animal boarding but I have never used it.

Their prices are fair, but expensive. They are never on time but they have emergencies.

Dr. Jones saw my pets and for a while I was very pleased. However, after a while, she began to be unavailable and rude. The front desk personnel were nearly always rude and unfriendly. I would not recommend her or this clinic to anyone.

The experience we had was excellent. Linus i s always happy to go and come home. A real test is that he is happy when we pick him up. Other boarding places Linus has stayed he would lay around depressed for days after we picked him up.

Excellent. Nice check in personel. Good job and recovery for dog.

Very well. One of the doctors was able to diagnose a chronic eye ailment my barn cats have had. It was a simple fix, but no other vets had found it.

The entire staff at this office are caring people who remember you and your pet when you arrive. Dr. Scott is my favorite vet, however all 3 vets are excellent. They take their time with the examination and treatment of your pet as well with questions and concerns you might have.
