His pricing is very competitive, we couldn't have gotten a better deal and couldn't have had better quality work. He is responsive, he always immediately responds even if it is to let you know he will call you back. He looks out for the customer considering quality materials without overspending. We are so impressed with his work we have hired him as our property manager. He is the guy everyone is looking for when you have something that needs done, whether residential or commercial. Sid is the man no matter a small job or an enourmous job like ours. In fact, he has accomodated us in North Carolina when we needed important work done on our own home.
