Larkins Carpet Steam Cleaning

They were excellent. Dave was the cleaner. He worked very hard to get makeup stains out. He did it. He also cleaned a chair. Very, Very pleased with the job. Our 30 yr old carpet looks almost new. Will use them again. I could not have ask for a better job.

Larkins was the best Capet cleaners I have ever used. They were here and ready to go when they said they would and all stains were removed and no carpets that were going to be replaced had to be. They looked like they were just installed. I will call them again!

Excellent. The carpet looked great. We have 3 dogs that live in the house - carpet looked and smelled like new.

They did a great job on my rugs and they were prompt, professional and the price was reasonable.

We used them twice. They did a very good job- there was a spot on the carpet that they couldn't get out and they came out a second time to try some stuff on it. We had tried to work on it with several different things but it probably just stuck the stain in forever and ever. They were very good and very nice.

They were most careful not to mess up the house.  The cleaning was thorough.  The person was very professional.  I felt very comfortable having him in the

They were great to deal with from first phone contact to the services being rendered all the staff we had contact with was very professional. They called prior to the appointment time to let us know they were on the way and arrived on time. Capets looked like new when they were finished!

It went wonderful they were so prompt and did a good job and they were reasonably priced. It was a father and Son company, they were real careful with my furniture and everything was put back into its place they were highly recommend and I would use them again.

Their price was kind of on the high side. They really worked a long time on our stains, we had some really bad stains and they went over the living room about five times, then they went over one of the bedrooms about three times, so they really worked to try to get off the stains. They were not successful with all of them, but they really tried. However, another company that I hired ended up getting out some of the stains that they did not.

I couldn't be more pleased.  Our carpet is commercial grade and the area rugs are olefin so we did not have problems with stains, but after the cleaning, the overall color was noticeably brighter, more vibrant. In particular, the steps looked almost like new carpet; I hadn't thought that would be possible! Chris cleaned area rugs on site. He moved them to the garage to clean them and we put them back in place a few hours later.  In the past, one company that we used for carpet cleaning took our area rugs away and kept them for three weeks--we didn't want that to happen again. 
Chris was not only punctual, he actually arrived a bit earlier than scheduled.  He was thorough, knew what he was doing, and was a pleasant person with whom to do business.  I'm very happy with our clean carpets and will definitely call Larkins when we're ready to have them cleaned again.

Got an estimate over the phone. Worker was prompt and professional. He had excellent equipment/chemicals and did a great job cleaning the carpet. Price as quoted. Will use again.

Assessed furniture fabrics to determine best cleaning method. Very cautious regarding danger of color fade/run on chair fabric. Completed the cleaning process quickly and efficiently. Left everything as tidy as possible. Very professional in their manner. We also discussed dry cleaning persian carpets, and I would definitely use their services in the future. We were very pleased with the outcome.
