Johnson City Heating and Air is fantastic! They worked with my contractor and created a laundry chute that traverses three floors and is secured in a piece of antique furniture. They did a fantastic job, were very aware of working inside the house and left things as clean as when they arrived. I was very impressed when I observed Ed remove his shoes before walking on my carpet. They also installed two "Air Oasis" in duct air purifiers into my HVAC. This air purifier is the real deal! I can tell a great difference in the air inside the house. The wife and I both feel much better since the installation of the air purifiers. I WILL use Johnson City Heating and Air for all of my HVAC needs.

Used multiple occasions and they have installed a unit for us. Honest people who do excellent job.

The heat pump was replaced on the day they promised....actually the day after because the original date was cancelled due to torrential rain.  The next day that I was available, they replaced the heat pump at the time we had agreed upon.  All the old unit was removed and clean up was awesome.  I couldn't even tell they had been here except I had an exceptional heat pump and indoor digital thermostat to show for it.  My electric bills are much less now!

This company went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and needs. I had this work done in the middle of the summer and all of the other companies quoted higher prices and 2+ week wait times. When I told the owner that my wife was pregnant and very sick, he offered to pull workers off of another job and start on my heat pump the next day! They started on a Friday and when the addition of the new return ducting caused them to run out of time, they volunteered to return the next day on Saturday and finish the installation at no charge for the weekend work. Over all it was a very positive experience and my new heat pump works great. 

They have high integrity standards and I like the responsiveness. The work that they did on the original installation was excellent, and that was a key factor in me keeping them around. I've come to trust them, and trust in their knowledge, and skill level.

I called the afternoon that my air conditioning went out and the owner, Ed Ritsko came out later that afternoon. He gave me an estimate that I was very pleased with.  I had already gotten two other estimates since I knew the unit needed to be replaced. The difference in price was amazing. 
I told Mr. Ritsko to go ahead and install the new unit as soon as possible. He said he would have air conditioning for us by noon the next day. I didn't really expect that. I'm 63 years old and have had a lot of contractors over the years including two HVAC companies install heat pumps for me. None of them did what they said.
IMr. Ritsko is a very honest man that truly cares about people. I strongly recommend Johnson City Heating & Air and will gladly tell anyone I hear about that needs their service.

This is the second time we have used this company. Every contact has been great. They are professional and very meticulous with their work. He even spoke to my husband on the phone who was away to explain what he was doing and why. This company is an example of what ALL companies should be. Very professional, prompt and right on with their estimates.

VERY professional company. Responded quickly to phone calls. Was on time for job. Explained everything that was done step by step. Took care of warranty issue for us with the drive motor (saving us 250.00). Showed me how to change the filters myself. Very honest in pricing. Could easily have taken advantage of us regarding the drive motor. Will use again!

  The men installing this equipment were friendly and professional.  They were careful of my home as they took out the old equipment and were careful and particular how they installed the new equipment.  Because of the area where it was being installed, some things had to be custom made.  Mr. Ritsco made sure everything was installed correctly and worked as it should.
  The system has worked great.  I have no complaints and gladly recommend this company.

A couple of weeks after we moved in, one of them went down and he came right away. Unfortunately he had to charge us to fix it because it was just one of those things. I was upset with him and he offered not to charge me. Once he explained it to me and said that he ran all the tests I understood.  We liked him and he was willing to make me happy. He was recommended to us. We would use him again and would recommend him. He did good work and he was honest. He came out right away and he stood by his work. His prices were reasonable. The cost was the freon and he didn't really have control over that.
