Satisfactory results but price ended up higher than estimate, although he kept us in the loop as to what additional work was needed to complete the job so we approved the higher cost.

They were very professional, prompt, reasonably priced, and done nice work. Tony was a very nice person to work with. He helped me with cost as much as he could while still performing the job. I highly recommend them.

It went fine. They did not charge more than the deal. They could have responded to my call back. There was an issue with one of the things they did and they neglected to come back and finish it.

Tony was awesome. We purchased a house and wanted a lot of things done prior to moving in (1 week after we bought the house we were moving in). Tony and his crew were all very professional and went out of their way to help! They showed up on the day we closed and had everything completed prior to us moving in. There were a few items that needed to be touched up or looked at (all very minor). When I called Tony on a Saturday, he was there with in a couple hours to look at it. On Monday morning at 8:30 they were out there to touch up the last things. Quality of work was excellent as well! I would use then maybe again.

They spent 7 hours on my roof. Did a good job

The work went very well.  When they left each day, they let us know what they expected to do the next day and their expected arrival time.  They cared about getting the job done right.  I was able to talk to Tony any time I had a question, and he was good about coming out to see things for himself and get things done to my satisfaction.  The guys were very professional.  I would not hesitate to call them again when I need some work done.  The only thing I would change would be to allow more lead time for Tony to schedule the job.  I was hoping they would be finished by the end of July, but it turned out that they could not start until the end of July. They are very busy because they do quality work for a reasonable price.

I furnished all supplies and Curtis did an excellent job doing work that required being on a ladder.

We've recently moved into this house.  We found the flexible dryer exhaust hose had a number of holes in it, and was not vented to the outside.  We had a build up of dust and lint in various places in the house and huge amount in the basement.  Two men from HouseDoctors tri-cities came out and in about an hour removed the old hose and replaced it; cut 4" hole in exterior block wall and installed exterior vent and cleaned up the mess.  Tony Woods and his partner were great.  They were out here on time, checked the job and went to work.  I thought they would have to remove the washer, but they were able to make the fix without doing so.  We talked about additional jobs, and got prices, which were reasonable and advised of a way to do the job better and cheaper than I figured.  We will, without a doubt, use them for any repairs we need.

Tony was punctual when arriving to provide estimate, and he and his associate did the work on time and cleaned up afterwards.  I'm pleased with the work.
