Patrick is a very likeable and believable fellow - qualities that led me to let these projects go on far longer than I should have. The little house he was to rehab was to be done in 30 days - five months later I hired someone else to re-do 95% of the work, and Patrick has never delivered the appliances I paid him for. After I fired him, I found that the 'contractors license number' he had given me didn't exist. He installed 11 new windows - 8 of which were installed sideways and had to be replaced. The plumbing was held together with duct tape. The electrical was supplemented with extension cords. The story just continues on the apartment buildings - missing supplies, work not done, work way over schedule. So, if you would like to have floor tiles installed with wall mastic, new bath surrounds installed over old moldy drywall, new windows installed sideways, roofing installed so poorly it looked worse that the original (and yes, had to be ripped off and replaced), have new breakers put into old breaker boxes but not actually connected to anything, carpet laid in several different directions, and supplies you've paid for go missing - then Patrick is your guy.
