In the last year, we called them for other services and scheduled multiple appointments to which they never never showed up. Mr. King finally explained his reasons for not showing up and his response was very unprofessional. It seems he does not follow the Golden Rule after all.

He came in, did the work , cleaned up and left.  He was on time, friendly, and did a good job for the price.  While I don't remember the exact price, it was reasonable.  I would have them do work again, especially if they offered a special through Angie's List.

It went very well.  There was no wasted time.  The men stayed with the task w/o breaks.  The job was done to the satisfaction of both my wife and me.  We have used this company for 7 years.  They have done 75.00 jobs and 2000.00 jobs always to our total satisfaction. We will continue to use them.

Any work that we've had done by Golden Rule Plumbing was excellent. I spent $195.04. The temperature that day was 17 degrees below and my mom's pipes froze. They came out and replaced her piping. I think my mom got up in the middle of the night and forgot to turn her water off and I guess she wasn't thinking about it. I've heard horror storied about people getting shafted. They sent 2 crew men out and she said they were there for over 2 hours. They fixed the damage, remove what they needed to remove, and I'm sure they were freezing to death, they stayed their normal hourly rate and they didn't try to shaft her. I've heard of someone being charged about $500 to fix that situation. They were willing to do whatever it took to get it done.

It went very well.  Their prices were reasonable.  They were very prompt.  They explained everything to me.

I spoke on phone with Gentleman, He arrived promptly after calling to say they were on way. They looked at what we wanted, went
 and got parts and let us see everything was doing and double checked before doing anything.. didn't even mind that our 2 kittens sat in His lap as He worked. He also brought a young Man to assist and both were very respectful. am so planning to use again.

Golden Rule Plumbing did fine. The cost was reasonable.

We discovered a leak on Sunday03/17 coming from the pipe that leads from the line that leads into the basement up to the ouside faucet in the front of our home.  I called Monday morning 03/18 to request a visit.  I was told up front that they were booked and it would be a couple of days and that was acceptable to me.  I simple cut the water off at the curb Sunday so there was not more leak.  I would turn it on once a day to fill up containers/bathtub. They came as they said they would and 2 gentlemen worked on the project and completed it in less than an hour.  It is 04/25 and I have had no leaks yet.

Golden Rule has provided for my plumbing needs for the past. 6 years.  The jobs have been large and small.  The cost of each service has been reasonable.  The jobs have been done neatly and on time or completed sooner than estimated.  The jobs have ranged from installing a new kitchen sink, installing a circulating hot water system, installed an outside faucet.  The biggest job involved tearing out two bathrooms, removing black mold, fixing the leak, and installing a new guest bathroom and continuing the repair on the house bathroom.

We have used Golden Rule since 2003.  They are responsive and courteous in their dealings.  Prices are reasonable.

They did what they said they would do. Their price was right. I would use them again.

We got his name through a contractor. I would recommend them; we didn't have any problems and we'd use them whenever we need them!

They gave us free O rings because it was under warranty but they wouldn't pay for the service so it cost us $60.  The guy was nice and they did a good job, I just thought they were expensive.  he obviously fixed it, it hasn't leaked the last couple of months.  I called him up and he came out within a day or two.  he was really above the quality you usually expect when you get a plumber.  I'd use them again unless I could find someone a little cheaper.  As far as their quality and over all performance I would probably use them again.

The drain wasn't installed correctly initially.  The repair went great.  They were very accomodating and very nice about everything.

Golden Rule has always been courteous and professional.  Their rates are also reasonable.  They can also be depended upon to return a call regarding a job.

A neighbor recommended Golden Rule after Home Depot wouldn't install a discounted dishwasher I bought from them. After getting a few estimates from local plumbers, I chose Golden Rule because of its low estimate and hourly rate (versus flat rate for house call). Although the plumber was a couple of hours later than promised and I had to leave for work, I found someone to be here, and the job was done quickly and well. My only complaint is that the worker didn't clean up after--came home to torn bits of cardboard and construction dirt, but not too bad. Worker also removed and hauled off old dishwasher.

They performed in a very professional manner, called the gas company to confirm gas lines before digging, did an outstanding job. We were very satisfied with their work. We also had to use them to replace a line to the street for a rental property, and they again did an awesome job!
