I had hired them for my previous move Everything went great. They worked in a timely fashion. Took care of my antiques. Nothing was damaged. I was very pleased. On my second move, I can't imagine it being any worse. I had the same furniture. It took them 3 times longer for this move. It took them an hour and a half to drive from ETSU area to Boones Creek road half way to Jonesborough. The workers were standing, eating and drinking every time I saw them. Two wld b working and one standing. By the end of the move one had completely stopped and disappeared. My antiques were scratched and damaged and I had things there were missing. Flashlights, a metal detector and various other things. One worker starting having a meltdown about reassembleing a cabinet. I called the owner to complain and he said he wld have his son call me and I never heard back from them. It was as if it wasn't the same company I dealt with on my first move. Maybe they had some bad workers at the time but I will never use or recommend again.

Perfect!! Competent experienced staff, professional work, careful workers, offered to do extra, neat and handled all the furniture carefully, padded and wrapped all pieces, placed them exactly where I wanted and were patient with me. They were a real pleasure to work with!!!

I was referred to Frye Transfer from another company on Angie's List that was booked on the dates I needed help. I was thrilled when someone actually answered the phone on my first call as that in itself is rare. Very friendly service and they were able to book the date I needed with no issues and said three guys would be there with a truck at 8:30 am on that date. Well blow me down this is a company that did exactly what they said they would do exactly when they said they would do it! The crew was also amazing! Not only did they work very hard for their money, but they also were very efficient in packing the truck. There was not a centimeter to spare and good thing because we had a huge house to squeeze into the truck plus my business merchandise. It took not only moving into a house but 3 storage units to fill what we had to move, so they were miracle workers. Those guys had a positive attitude the entire day and didn't whimper about carrying furniture upstairs to a 2nd floor or downstairs to the basement. They asked me exactly where I wanted everything as well. Short story is we moved from a rental into a home we owned not expecting to sell and a week later we sold the home we owned. So guess what, we are moving again, and we've called Frye Transfer again to move us a 2nd time because we were so impressed the first time.
