Firm Foundation Construction

It went well. We have used them another time to do the kitchen about 7 years ago. They do quality work, and communicate well. I would recommend this company.

So far Alan has been great and we are on schedule to complete by 5/29/15.  All of his direct employees and subs have been very polite and responsive.  And, they all speak very highly of Alan. 
I will update this review when we are finished with the job in 2 weeks.
So far, I would recommend Firm Foundation with hesitation.

The kitchen  job was done with only a few days extra over the estimate. This was amazing considering all the hidden items we found that needed to be fixed. It took exactly 41 days from demo to completion and there weren't many hiccups along the way.  The main contractor for Firm Foundation, Alan Smith, was always available via cell phone and would come out to the job whenever asked. If I reported an issue, it was fixed right away.  It's been over 2 years now and I love my kitchen.
 We had one small issue down the road when the dishwasher came loose from the all, and Alan sent a team out to fix it right away and for free. 
Alan and his team have also renovated a guest room for us, and I could not be happier with the results. That job came in under budget, again despite some hidden issues, and still looks great 4 years later.
