Vendor failed to provide the product to specifications and subsequently trespassed and vandalized private property. Phone call on Sept 17 requesting additional Slip Numbering for Rockingham Marina Follow up email on Sept 18 to confirm phone call Emailed approving pricing on Sept 18 Third email on Sept 18 approving product being available on Sept 22, but requesting Sept 19 if possible Follow up phone call on Sept 22 discovered FastSigns had lost the template from previous order. Emailed template from previous order on Sept 22 Received proof on Sept 23 which looked nothing like template. Sent template again by email on Sept 23. Requested to come by and review the proof on Sept 24. Made the trip to their shop on Sept 24. Proof updated and approved on Sept 26. Arrived at their shop at closing time to pick up the order and discovered that the large graphics were 10" vs the approved 9" and the smaller graphics were nearly half the size of the approved font. Joe at the front told me to take the product so we could use it for the weekend. Promised corrections on Monday. Sent Pictures of the discrepancies on smaller graphics on Sept 27 for documentation. Received email on Monday requesting that I do more legwork helping them recreate the template they had lost. Frustrated, I asked how much for their work so far and I would look for another vendor. On the 30th, sent an additional email and offered them the opportunity to come to the marina and see their previous work so they could better match. Received no response to either email by email or phone. On the 30th, noticed a stranger at the marina and asked if I could be of assistance. He said he was from FastSigns. I said great. Let me show you what I'm talking about first hand (I had already sent them numerous pictures). This man said he had vandalized one of my docks already (dock 1) and was looking for dock 5 so he could rip decals from that dock as well. I was flabbergasted. He said that he had taken down all of the temporary signage that I had had installed on Dock 1. This involved 24 separate sets of graphics that were time consuming to install. It further left my business without an ability to operate causing lost revenue. I asked them to leave the property before doing any more damage and called the police. One of their reps told me they didn't need customers like us as he was walking off.

Needed a 4'x4' real estate sign. They designed the initial layout and after a couple of mods, was ready to print. Internet made it easy. Sign was exactly what I wanted. Would have preferred to have paid about 30% less.
