Excellent. They were prompt, professional, and very informative about the lock system that I had purchased.

He was here approx 2.5 hours. Walked through the job with me prior to starting. Cleaned up after himself leaving no mess. Explained everything he did when he was finished.

He was early and ready to work when he arrived. My keypad lock had quit working. He attempted to fix it, but it would not work. He went to Lowe's and called me with his choice while I looked at it on my computer. We agreed on the lock. He brought it back, installed it, programmed it and then showed me what to do and how to do it. He had the receipt for the lock which I reimbursed him for and he billed the install separately. He was polite and did not waste time.

Great! I called James yesterday afternoon (7/14) and he gave us an appointment for this afternoon. He was professional and courteous on the phone. Showed up ON TIME for the scheduled appointment. Very friendly and professional. Cleaned up and removed all parts. This is the second time we've utilized his services and wouldn't consider using anyone else!

I had to call James Estep a second time to have him meet me at my workplace to make keys for my filing cabinets. He was punctual and efficient . I will definitely call him again. He gets the job done correctly and in a timely manner.

WOW! Excellent service. Called EXACTLY when he said he would. Prompt,
professional and friendly. Very happy with the work. Installed deadbolt,
new front door lock and latch set, re-keyed at least 10 locks for us.
No hidden charges, even saved us money by using keys that came with
front door set to re-key everything to. Very honest. Would use again.

It was an easy going job... I called him earlier today and told him that I need to re-key my locks (a nonemergency thing) and asked him when can he come! he came at his approximated time, he spent about 2-2:30 hours and did a pretty good job, re-keyed all my locks, and gave us three copies of the key.... the only thing I didn't like is his price! He's located in Johnson city and apparently he charged me 185$ extra for coming to kingsport... about 20-30 minutes away from Johnson city! if I've known that before (which I believe he should've alerted me about this!), I would've called someone from my area!!!

good, prompt and professional as has been noted and then some! He came
to do the job within a few hours of being called, despite the fact this
was not an emergency. His work was excellent, he cleaned up after he
had finished rekeying our locks and was very professional. Would highly

We called Mr Estep as a direct result of the good recommendations he had received on Angie's List and he did not disappoint. We called him a few days before our day of service and scheduled a late afternoon appointment to have the locks changed in our new home. The night before we closed, we called and asked him to come earlier that we had scheduled. He was flexible in scheduling and arrived on time. He worked without stopping until he was done, tested al the keys and all the locks to ensure that everything was working properly and then he cleaned up the wood shavings when the job was complete. We were very satisfied and would recommend him to others.

I called Mr Estepp around noon and he met me at 6. He was very professional. He removed the locks, took them to his van and rekeyed the locks. He was courteous and really knew his trade. He completed in about 90 minutes.

He arrived on time and spent 3-4 hours changing out my existing cylinders and replacing and installing new locks. He was very clean, precise and didn't even mind questions. He also offered good advice about security.

Mr. James Estep is the consummate professional. I called him on a Monday and he would've come out that day but I had other obligations. We set up an appointment for 10:00 am on Wednesday. He arrived thirty minutes early and was very professional. He rekeyed 3 locks for us and made us 7 keys in his van. The whole job took about 40 minutes. He even adjusted the knob on our garage door because it was loose. The $94.00 we spent was well worth it. We highly recommend Mr. Estep.
