Erika was AMAZING. She is prompt and professional and worked really hard for us. Our loan and purchase contract was somewhat complicated because we used the VA (husband is former ARMY) and she was great about staying on top of everything. She negotiated well for us and gave us lots of help and advice. We were new to the area and she advised us about a few extra things we should consider getting inspected and I am so glad she did! Our inspector found a few things that we wouldn't have known to test for and it saved us about $2000. A lot of the realtors around here are kinda and quot;laid backand quot; and don't move very quickly...that is NOT Erika. She is always moving and doing and will do great work for you. I cannot recommend her highly enough and would use her 100 times over!

My house sold before she was able to get in on the market. I would use her again in the future.
