Most of the work was of poor, but probably adequate quality, but required constant supervision to achieve. Asphalt appeared to be thick enough, but edges were not straight nor corners square. Left excess asphalt in the form of a speed bump at entrance to driveway causing car to scrape bottom. Material quality not known. Does not respond to request to remedy problem or return phone calls. Represents to be "licensed contractor", but state license board has no record. Does have business license. A Lt. Boomershein, Sullivan County Sheriff's department, reports numerous complaints of poor workmanship, and makes requests for checks payable to third parties, a strategy designed to prevent recovery by lawsuit. Sheriff also suggests that this person may operate a check fraud scam, where a wire money transfer can be made using your check, your check returned with some excuse, asking for a second check,and this second check then presented for payment.
