Everything worked out very well. They were very kind and courteous. They got the job done, and it took a little less time than anticipated. They showed up the same day that I called them, and it was done the next day. We anticipated the price being much higher than $500.00 according to the estimates they gave me. They worked with us quite a bit. They answered the phone initially when I called them. They thought that they weren't going to be able to come out until the next day, but someone cancelled. The guy arrived earlier than expected, and came back at a reasonably early time the next day. He was friendly, but not overly friendly. He was there to do a job, but did the job well. He was sure to explain things along the way if I had any questions. I would most certainly use them in the future.

I manage rental property. Lonnie Dottie of E. TN Heating and Cooling has been servicing our heating systems for over 20 years. He is extremely reliable and honest. This service call was placed by one of my whiny tenants. Lonnie came out the same day I called him and found the unit to be in normal functioning condition. It did need a cleaning and filter change. I feel that a good number of service people would have taken advantage of the situation and replaced a lot of parts (or said they had) and charged several hundred dollars. I have had to call on Lonnie several hundred times over the years; he has never let me down. He is a neat and pleasant person whom I trust to go into my rental units to make repairs.
