They were extraordinary.  They have very professional crews and also empowered crews.  They can make decisions, they didn’t have to get back to their boss, to do this or to do that or to accept changes and it might have impacted billing.  They put very professional people out and they empower them.  Their work was impeccable, they corrected a lot of work that had been done improperly by the contractor that built the place, and I don’t know who he is.  So they came in and did work and they also undid work.  Their pricing was very fair.  The guy that owns the company, Max Churchill is very responsive and very professional himself.  Their pricing was less than what we were thinking it was going to be because it was relatively long time and he didn’t bill us every day he was here.  He billed us at the end of it, every two month or so.  I have nothing to say about them that isn’t the highest compliment.  They were the best contractor experience we have had locally here in this town. 

The representatives of Churchill Plumbing were professional, courteous, and did their job quickly without fanfare.  The workers cleaned up after themselves and were pleasant to have in my home.

The workers were extremely professional. They were very cordial and efficient; they were very pleasant to be around. They worked extremely quickly but did not sacrifice their quality. I have not received a bill from them yet, but everything with my interaction with them I’m expecting it will be fair for the amount of time and work they put into it.

They are very good. I spent about $16000 to $18000. This house was a house that got started as a general contractor and the general contractor was fired. There were 2 or 3 different plumbers that were in here that did a lot of work. One company came in and cleaned all of it up and corrected all of the errors and then did the final installs on everything. He was singular and did the tubs, toilets and the entire kitchen install. He also did other finished plumbing work and corrected a significant amount of work that had been done for me by several other plumbing contractors. He runs a company with about 3 or 4 really professional teams. They are experienced people that have been in this business. As I understand, he runs a stable company and all of them have been working for him for a minimum of 15 years or so. They are not running on a job which is what I think a few of the earlier contractors didn't have his way of doing it. They are very good problem solvers and hey really needed to know what they were doing because they were finishing up somebody else's mistake and that's much harder than just running it right the first time yourself. They had sophistication because everything in this house is fairly expensive and some of the hardware is imported but they understood how to install all of that stuff. They actually read instructions which most plumbers won't do. They are very responsive. I had a second general contractor come in and he flew down from Boston to do the completion work. If I needed people here for 2 or 3 days his guy was down here with his crew and they were very accommodating in that regard. He worked his schedule with my schedule on numerous occasions. They are very punctual and professional. I would use them again in the future. I've used them with my wife's in-laws when they needed work done. I referred them and they did a great job for them too.
