Champion Chevrolet Cadillac

This was a newly purchased used vehicle with no maintenance history. They did a thorough inspection and recommended brake service which I had them perform. I downgraded to a B in punctuality and professionalism because I was expecting a call when the vehicle was ready to pick up and did not get one.

We have all of our cars including non Chevy cars serviced by them. The price is great and they have wonderful customer service. We have done oil changes, purchased tires, and purchased a car through them as well.

For auto care, I just take it back to the dealership. The name of the dealership is Champion Chevrolet.

They are great.  They are top notch people in the automotive business.  They make sure your car is taken care of.  They try to give you the best deal.

It went fine. I drop off my vehicle and they call me when completed. Just depending on how busy they are depends on how long it takes them to complete the job. They are always friendly and welcoming to customers.

The experience was great. I had gone on line and talked to David Palmer about buying a used truck. We set up an appointment for 2pm Saturday. We were greeted and waited just a few minutes for David (he was with another customer) there was no hard sell at all. I told him what I was looking for and he looked it up and we were on our way to the lot. I looked at a few trucks and found the Chevy. I looked at a few more and went back to the Chevy..the truck was in great condition.
We were trading in our 2004 Cadi...they gave us a fair trade in price...maybe a thousand less than I would liked but a fair trade from what I saw for the Blue Book price. They were extremely busy and they kept right on track. We were out of there in 3 hours with our new truck...they also washed it before we left (while we were doing paperwork) and gave us a voucher to go down the street and get a full tank of gas. We will be going back when we need another truck without a doubt.

This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a car. The salesman was curteous, listened to what we were looking for and showed us the options that would meet our needs. He was very knowledgable without being at all pushy. We told him we would need to think about it and we wanted to look at some other makes and that we would be back in touch within a day or two. He was very agreeable and did not call to pressure us. We actually looked at a couple of other cars and the salesmen were not nearly as professional. They made it hard for us to leave (holding our keys) and called when we got home. When we went back to Champion the salesman was very helpful in the actual buying process. The price he gave us was exactly what we had found in our research that we should be able to get the car for. There was no need to haggle and the deal was straightforward. We were given a very fair price on our trade-in. Overall, this was a very nice experience and I would highly recommend anyone doing business with Champion Chevrolet.

We recently bought a 2007 Saturn from an individual. After having the car a few weeks, the brake lights began coming on when the brakes weren't being applied. The only thing that would turn the brake lights off was to actually press the brake. The first owner had purchased an extended warranty. We took the car to Champion Chevrolet after we saw them recommended on Angie's List. We learned from the service department that the warranty must be transferred by the former owner to us before we could use it. Because of this issue, the service manager called GM and convinced GM to pay for the repair. We paid nothing! We are very happy customers! :)

We purchased our vehicles there and go for regular service. They are good for their word and are quick to get the job done.
