The ceilings were damaged by the removal methods and were never repaired. The electrical was damaged when they decided to cut off the grounds wires and throw them away which is a safety issue! Some circuits did not work after the ripped out the drywall. The re-installation of the drywall looked almost as bad as it did before they started. Nail pops, missing nails, bows, not sanded, are just a few of the issues. They did come back several times but it never was corrected as it should have been. Mr. Tomlin stated that it was just a doublewide and his worked had never been questioned before. He must have only worked on his own property. I finally told him that I didn't want him back on the property because he never made it any better even after three returns. I paid him in full because that's what I agreed to pay but he certainly did not deserve it. C & R's poor workmanship cost me on the resale value as well.
Description of Work: The company was suppose to remove existing damaged drywall and replace with new boards. Three new doors were also installed.
