Boones Creek Animal Hospital

Dr. Broyles is one of the sharpest people I have met. Ask a question about pet health and she answers in detail. She is wonderful with animals. Our little Silky is really ACTIVE and she handles him with ease. She gives him shots and he likes her. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Broyles. Ask for her. So glad we found this facility on Angie's List.

We were out of town at the time. Our house sitter called and made the appointment. The appointment was made same day. They were very nice to our house sitter. Very caring to Katie. Boones creek even called and asked about Katie a couple of days later. They even told us about some toe grips that we could order on line to help Katie's footing on wood floors. We think they went above and beyond. Thank you Boones Creek Animal Hospital.

Dr. Lemarr is phenomenal. She obviously loves her job/patients. She's very thorough and compassionate. The techs are always friendly and loving toward our dogs as well.
I gave the cost a 'D', because I think vet care is very expensive. I still gave them an overall 'A', though, because I think that their cost is pretty much in line with others.

While we had taken our dog, Mollie, here a few times for various things and had always had an easy great experience. It was never anything serious. That all changed on July 8th, 2014. She was caught off guard by my wife's car backing up and was hit and had what appeared to be a broken leg. I rushed her to the Boone's Creek Animal hospital and came in the parking lot sideways. I had called ahead and warned them I was on my way. Two scared parents and a 14 year old Whipador (we think she's a whippet and lab mix) at 8 am on a Tuesday. We arrived and they were ready for us. Dr. Tim Dalpiaz calmed us and ran some X-rays. Once they had more information he explained the situation thoroughly and explained our options. It was all overwhelming, but I simply asked what he would do. He was great and while I was still unsure of how my dog was going to get better, I was confident we had made the right choice. They scheduled her for surgery on Thursday because the shock of the accident along with surgery could kill her. She's old and with anything in a 14 year old its a risk. Mollie had a dislocated right leg. It was decided to do a femoral head ostectomy. In short, this is where they cut off the ball of the femoral bone and put it back. 
BCAH allowed me to come in each morning and afternoon to visit with Mollie as she rested and prepared for surgery. They always updated me on her status and answered any of my questions no matter how stupid they may have seemed. 
On the day of surgery, like any worried parent, my wife and I waited in the lobby while they prepared her for surgery. I was fortunate enough to observe the surgery which actually kept me calm but I don't recommend for the faint. 
Dr. Dalpiaz and the staff gladly explained what they were doing and why throughout the surgery. Mollie woke up post surgery and was groggy of course but I was just happy she had come through the surgery so well. I've been to other vets and the price they gave me for this was less than I've spent at other vets for less
We were able to take our Mollie home that same day and as with anything like this you have lots of questions after you leave the doctors office. Dr. Dalpiaz put my mind at ease on many things that would have otherwise drove me crazy and he would check up on how she was doing post operation to make sure their were no issues or questions. 
I'm sure many will wonder "how much did that cost?" I don't want to get into price but I will say it was reasonable, fair and based on past experiences less than I would have expected from other animal clinics. When your pet is hurt and you love them as much as we do, price is not a question. It's can you do it and what can I expect as far as quality of life after.
At the time of this review, it has been 6 days since the surgery and Mollie is doing great and already putting pressure on the bad leg. I could not be happier with the results. I know we have a ways to go in the recovery process but Dr. Dalpiaz and the staff have been wonderful and I owe my dogs life and recovery to their able hands. So if you read this and decide to go see Dr. Tim Dalpiaz, tell them Mollie Dog sent you.

It was excellent.

I have been there a couple of times probably 4 or 5 years ago. The cost was comparable to my other vet. I was trying to find a clinic that was cheaper than the one I was going to and since they weren’t cheaper, I went back to the one I have been using. They were nice. I’d say probably they were one of the expensive ones.

Dr. Tim and his staff were amazing! They were very prompt, professional, and made us feel welcomed. They went above and beyond I even received a follow up call to make sure everything was going well with my new pup. I will definitely continue to use them for all my current and future vet needs.

They are very good. We have used them for a long time. I think his prices are comparable with the other animal center in the area. They are for small animals. There are rabbis shots and everything. I never had any trouble getting an appointment. When I got there, I was taken in at a reasonable time. I did not have to spend long time there. They are very professional and courteous. Actually, when we had the cat put to sleep the last time, we had one like a month earlier or two. They were all alone with seventeen almost eighteen. I do not think he even charged me full price for the second one because it was so close to the other one. They are very sensitive to their clients. It is a great place to go. Its location is good. The people in the office have been very pleasant and kind.

They were pretty good but it was expensive.

They were great. They were friendly. They got us right in when we needed to get in. They were just very caring. They are good people, honest, and fair.

We got in and out in a timely manner, the office is very nice and the people who work there are very friendly. I also thought that their prices were pretty competitive compared to what I've paid in the past. I went to them instead of my usual vet because they could see me immediately and I was concerned about my dog.

I saw the ratings for Boone's Creek Animal Hospital in Angie's List and made an appointment for a checkup of my son's cat. The folks were very friendly and helpful in scheduling my appointment. The vet tech was very friendly and made friends with the cat quickly. She also provided a wealth of information about helping maintain the cat's health. The vet was friendly, and not rushed, and spent as much time as was needed to make sure all my questions were answered. Facility is new and clean, with no animal smells - spotless. It's clear that these folks care about their business and their clients. No question that I have found the vet for all of our needs.

Service was excellent!

Boones Creek Animal Hospital are a very good and caring organization. They impressed with their professionalism, care for animals and their knowledge.

The experience with them was okay. The service was fine.

They are great. Their price is very competitive for the particular things that they have done. I have one cat and they do all his immunizations, vaccinations and I generally go to do office visits if he has rabies. I used to use another hospital right where I live but Boones Creek Animal Hospital is a way more reasonable and just so wonderful. They are just all wonderful people as my cat is a shelter cat, very childish and doesn’t like to be around barking dogs and stuff. They allow me to quiet him and hold him in the car until he is quiet and then they tell me to bring him in. I have used several other hospitals but they are the best as he loves them and doesn’t like strangers that very fast.

Dr. Tim Dalpiaz did tests on my dog to find that her liver enzymes were out of safe zones. He then prescribed natural herbal medication
