The first time Sam cut my husband's hair, she did a great job, but the second time was terrible. I also had Sam cut my hair, and she didn't listen to anything I asked her to do. I came home and cut it myself.

The stylist is very experienced and has an eye for the right cut for your face.

I recently went to Bella Dona for a haircut. I got the appointment expeditiously. The shop was clean, no hair all over the floor. The
stylist was very professional in her attitude and appearance as well as her work. I made another appointment for a highlighting the following week. Again I was impressed with the salon and the quality of the work. She respected my hair, no pulling, no snagging.
My hair looks and feels good. I would recommed to my friends and family.

I dropped by Bella Dona to ask about their waxing services and they were able to offer me a coupon and do the waxing right then. It was great and I was pleased with the shaping of my eyebrows. While I was in there, I noticed they were a hair salon, too, so I asked about salon services. The same woman, Magen, who did the waxing also does hair and so I asked when she was available for a cut. She had an opening the very next day! When I went in for the cut, she first washed and conditioned my hair, listened intently when I told her what I wanted, said it back to me so I was sure she understood what I wanted, and then did a phenomenal job with the cut. She stopped periodically throughout the cut to ask if it was the right length, etc, which I loved. It helped reassure me I would be getting exactly what I wanted. The cut turned out better than I could have expected, and I will definitely be a regular with Magen at Bella Dona now.
