The team that came spoke minimal English. The roof is less than 5 years old and the roof has ridges and dips running down both sides in several places. The owner just told me this is normal and all roofs do this and they will not fix it. It has taken months just to get someone out to look at it and then several weeks to get a response. The guy that inspected it said it needed to have shingles pulled and decking renailed or something. Do not use this company.

For what they did, they actually cheated me. They charged me for the roofing and I found out later that they didn't put a roof. They said that they took the old one off and put one off the other. They charged me several of other things that they didn't put any of that. They put shingles over the moulded plywood. I told them to take that off but they didn't do that. There was a 4-inch cut in the roof all the way down the middle to the top. They didn't do that too. They haven't come back out. I have a terrible time dealing with them. I took some pictures of their work and finally they got somebody out here. It took them about six months to come back. It's a terrible thing. I would never use them in the future.

Charged me for new felt but never put any down. Put on used ridge vent but charged me for a new one. Left shingles hanging over gutter about 2.5 inches. Did not replace bad plywood.

They worked well with my insurance company and didn't quibble over waiting for the settlement check from insurance.  I was very impressed with the courtesy, promptness, and overall work.  Would definitely recommend them!

They did not do what they said they were going to do and I have had a lot of problems. They didn't nail some of the sheets to the roof that they said they would do. The roof was also supposed to have trim around the roof line for the gutters and when it rains the water just slid off the roof. They finally sent someone else to put on the gutters and it was really crooked. I would advise someone not to hire Barrett Roofing. Barrett hires different people to put on the roof. Apparently some roofing companies have hired people from jail to do the work because it is cheaper.
