We contacted Bailey's last summer when our HVAC unit went out They said they would arrive around noon the next day but never showed. Several calls later they couldnt tell me when they might show up and it was already late on a Friday evening. I had to call another company and pay more for them to come out right away. I wont be using Bailey's again.
