Performing inspections in the greater Tri-cities area for 10+ years. James is also a TN licensed contractor and has a degree in Building Construction and Contracting. Full inspections from crawl space to attic. Detailed, narrative inspection reports with pictures are provided. Electronic radon monitoring is also available. Fully insured. Customers are welcome to be present during the inspection.

James was there when I showed up about 10 minutes early, very knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly throughout the whole process. I stayed the whole inspection which lasted right at 2 1/2 hours. Took pictures through the whole thing, worked with my and the sellers schedule.

The first home that we looked at was in rough shape.  Based upon James's recommendation we ultimately passed on this home. He inspected a second home that we are moving forward with.  James is very professional, polite, and through.  If you are considering a home and need an inspector who will really seek out the home's flaws James is a great choice.
