Water Heater Service
The company sold a water heater with defective thermocouples. We had it repaired numerous times; however, after a few months the thermocouple would quit working again. We learned of a lawsuit settlement after the settlement was finished. The company stopped providing the thermocouple part and did not honor the water heater it sold.
