Aaa paving

We have worked with Triple A Paving for three years to initially have two sections of our driveway paved and subsequently to have the worked sealed on two occasions. We have always found Triple A to be a dependable and reliable company, they arrive as scheduled and complete projects within the estimated time. Their work teams are organized and efficient and complete work with attention to detail and at a professional level of work. I a pleased to highly recommend Triple A paving. Jim

I couldn’t have been more pleased. The crew showed up on time and did exactly what they told me they would. In fact, they went beyond what they said they would do. I was very impressed with their professionalism and courteousness. Nice equipment too.

This company was great, start to finish. When I first asked for an estimate, Doug came out immediately, was polite and professional, made the estimate, explained what I did not understand and applied no pressure. I called back four moths later and asked him to come again and explain a few more things - he was there the next day, happily remeasured (he was right the first time) and worked out more details with me. Part of the job was mine and part was for a shared driveway. He worked with me very professionally to do the jobs on separate contracts and scheduled them back to back to minimize the time we would not have access. His crew is professional, very polite, efficient, and left the work area clean - not a tin can or cigarette butt to be found. Doug and the foreman Nick checked in with me frequently, problem solved my water flow issues, and left a gorgeous new driveway. The price was very reasonable and the job was well worth it. Doug is clearly a scrupulous guy, and Nick leads a very positive, skilled team.

NOT GOOD... I NOTICED BAD PLACES IN THE DRIVEWAY WHILE THEY WERE FINISHING UP I ASK THEM TO CORRECT THEM...THEY SAID THE ROLLER WAS ALREADY UP AND WOULD NOT BRING IT BACK...THEY DID TRY TO USE A HAND HELD TORCH, BUT IT WAS BROKE AND THEY WERE OUT OF PROPANE,,,,SO I LET THEM USE MY TOOLS AND PROPANE BUT IT STILL LOOKED BAD,,,,CONTACTED ALBERT THE OWNER AND HE CAME OUT AND SAID IT WAS MY FAULT BECAUSE OF DRIVING ON IT.( I WAITED 3 WEEKS BEFORE I DROVE ON IT ) I AGREE SOME OF THE MARKS ARE FROM TIRES BUT ALOT OF IT IS ROLLER MARKS,,,LOW SPOTS...AND TERRIBLE LOOKING PLACES..HE SAID HE COME FIX WHAT WAS THEIR FAULT BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE...JUST PROMISES ....STILL HAVE THE SAME ISSUES....THREE COMPANIES SAME FAMILY....WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE..BBB IS THE NEXT STEP...BEEN 2 MONTHS

offered discount if signed contract right then, first red flag. Late start day of work, had to call and see where they were. Tried to sell us left over asphalt 'at discount' to finish off another driveway we have going, wouldn't give a price up front. Declined of course. Two weeks later new driveway was spongy and soft and left indentions when we drove on it for the first time. Called left message no response, called again he was not professional and was rude. Had all kinds of excuses and tried to say it was our fault we should have waited a month to drive on it. Put me off until he had someone in the neighborhood. Three weeks later called and said we need to know what your going to do so we know what we need to do. Sent someone out the end of the day with the left over asphalt, just to fill in the indentions! but the workers laid a new top surface on the whole thing. They kept having to reheat the asphalt as they laid it. Five weeks later we drove on it for the first time and it was soft and moved and left spots where the tires were. The supervisor never came out to look at the driveway once. The foundation was not laid properly that is why the asphalt is not curing properly. They offer a one year warranty but we'll never get anything else out of them. The whole driveway needs ripped up and and a new foundation laid. Still trying to decide if we want to get a lawyer or not. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY or Try-Cities Paving as its the same company. Father and son outfit. AAA Paving came with Tri-Cities trucks. The dad who is the owner listed for Tri-Cities came at the end of the day to collect our money and had us make it out to him personally not the company name and he went right to the bank and cashed it. They called us to ok it. Something fishy there, second red flag. We got no discount at all and they had our heads swimming with figures and measurements and upgraded asphalt for our RV. We were royally took for a ride!
