I was disappointed because they promised to do some things and then didn't do it. I would not use them in the future.

I called around to various stump grinding services. Some people were unavailable. Don was quick to come by and see me and was doing some other work in the neighborhood. The service was performed within a day or two of the estimate. Very quick. He was able to maneuver his truck and grinder into my back yard which was somewhat difficult - another guy said that he would have to take down my fence, but Don's crew had no noticeable problems. I have very nice plush grass and was worried about damage due to tire ruts. Despite using the truck and trailer in my yard, there was very little damage due to tire ruts and I was very pleased. They did not remove any of the stump grindings, but that was discussed ahead of time. I did have to move all of the ground up stumps and that was time consuming, but for the price it was worth it. I just used it as mulch around various trees. Don's crew forgot to cut down the small tree in the front yard and grind the stump, but they came back the very next day to finish it. He even let me hold off $50 until the job was done just to have peace of mind. Don came by to collect the payment, make sure I was satisfied, and inspect the job. All was well. I would definitely use Don again - he was quick, professional, and delivered EXACTLY what was promised - nothing more, nothing less!
