When we phoned him, he answered some questions. However, he did a terrible job on some of the inspection. He was meticulous about the electrical stuff but close to useless about the plumbing stuff. He didn't spot the fact that there was no spout for the tub. The water didn't run in one sink. We should have gone in and tested those things, but we trusted him for that.
