Great service and friendly staff

Very well. the work was good - several people thought I got a new car. the car was washed, polished and inside cleaned, even the tire had a shine, minor scratches were also repaired.

After getting three quotes, I chose Tri-cities to work on my vehicle because they made a thorough inspection of the damage and their price for the repairs was in between the other two body shops. They quoted the repairs to take 6 business days, but finished the work in 4. The car was cleaned inside and out, and they did not charge me for storage when I could not pick up the car before the weekend.

The timeliness and work was impeccable. A definite use.

They did a fantastic job. You couldn't even tell where the damage had occurred. They finished the job ahead of schedule. I got a rental car and it was an excellent service all the way around.

On time and quality as new

They were really good to work with and they worked directly with the insurance for us. When we took the car in for an estimate, they were quick about getting an estimate and it was close to what the actual amount came out to be. They were able to start working on the car as soon as they had the parts in. The final estimate that they gave me on how long it would take to do the repair was accurate.

Quotation on repair was brief and accurate. Car was well repaired in the time (plus one day) originally agreed upon. Employees were friendly and professional. I had a great experience, and actually brought my BMW in when my friend backed into it. They are repairing it now.

As you can tell, I have grandkids living with us and they are teenagers. Tri Cities has proven to be the most reliable and professional repair service in the area (and I've tried several) the work is to my complete satisfaction, Perfect paint match and no indication of an accident.

In both cases the car in question was drivable but parts had to be ordered. After assessing the damage, the parts were ordered and I was called as soon as they came in to bring the car. I had to use a rental so was glad to have had the use of my car while we waited for parts. I took the car in and was given an estimated date of completion. In both cases, repairs took less than 3 days and the car was ready before promised. The paint was the most impressive aspect of the repair. This is where they are true artists. The first car was only a couple of months old so matching was expectedly good. The second was 8 years old so I didn't expect it to look that good. Until I lifted the hood and did not see the official Honda label, I could not tell anything had ever happened. I hope I never need them again but will proceed there immediately if I do.
