His name is George Lopez. We paid it in different chunks as he completed work. It was excellent and he was a very fast and competent worker. He cleaned up every time as opposed to leaving it until the end of the job. He was able to handle some little snafus that came up from time to time that were unexpected. He took them in stride and dealt with them. He was very skilled and very capable. He was polite and friendly.
