+ -1 moreAt first it went okay. Then later, the sales rep Bob got increasingly rude. With our last shipment, it arrived a week later than he said it would. I got no discount or no apology. In addition, with a previous shipment, one of our items was damaged, and despite my phone calls and emails I got no reply from them. Their "dis" service leaves a bad taste...
