 + 2 moreWorking with Mark and his crew was a surprisingly stressfree experience. He listened carefully to what we wanted & we were not disappointed in his work! The crew was on time & professional. As the job progressed there were a few things we wanted to change and Mark was always agreeable! I had always wanted a beautiful staircase and he did not let me down, I have many compliments on it. He is very detail oriented and takes great pride in his work. We were really surprised when we came home after the deck was added, he had even poured a small concrete pad at the bottom of the steps. We had not asked for that but it was much appreciated! Near the end of the addition, I asked if he could remove a wall between the kitchen & dining room, it was a load bearing wall but he did not hesitate. The price was very reasonable & the wall was gone, an amazing support beam added and job completed in 3 days with no mess left behind. Now my downstairs is completely open and looks amazing! I would not hesitate to use Mark again!
Description of Work: Addition added to existing home. He built the 1,200 sq ft great room & master bedroom/walk-in closet/master bath. Also added large deck to new great room.

Description of Work: Had this company build a cover over an area behind my house for leisure. Upon completion the roof had a small leak where it attached to the house. Mr. Engdahl immediately returned and fixed it. They did the job quickly, within budget and when there was a small issue, took care of it immediately. You cannot ask for more. As a matter of fact I hired them to come back and cover the decking of my front porch and that was great, also. We plan to have them do more work for us in the future. I have no idea what bone the previous poster had to pick, but since Mark Engdahl never actually did any work for them, it is not appropiate to condemn them so, surely you would agree. I have actual experience with them more than once and plan on more business with them. That says it all!

Description of Work: asked for an estimate in repurposing part of my house as an office he was the most expensive estimate by a wide margin did not show up on time for appt and did not call back with estimate at time given- did not use him
