it was a rough start - he set a date to do the work then called me the day of and said he ws going to change the day because his son was off school and he wanted to spend time with his son!I told him I had made arrangements to be off work to be there and that I didn't appreciate his lack of respect for my time and his word. He was very apologetic, said he hadn't thought of that!! He seemed genuinely sorry but basically naive about good business practice. We set a new date. He came and did the work. It took two days total. He had to send his dad back to Chattanooga to get the form from the distributor for the tax credit because he had forgotten to get it when he picked up the unit. Again, kind of a naive guy. He was very nice to my pets and restored the fence to original condition after having to move it to get unit in the yard. Also he made sure that nothing was exposed in a way that the animals could get to it. Does not have insurance so I made him sign a waiver. His helper was also nice.
