Janet was wonderful!  She listened to what I wanted, gave lots of suggestions, and always made sure I agreed and was happy before she hung any of my artwork.  Since I had just moved into a new apartment, she also gave me ideas about furniture placement and some suggestions of things I might want to purchase in the future.
She was easy to work with and the afternoon turned out to be both productive and fun!  I would strongly recommend her!

It went great!  We get compliments every day from patients about how they love our new, updated office.  I would definitely use her again, and would recommend her to anyone looking to redecorate their home or office.

First of all, we can't say how pleased we were with the results from hiring Janet.  She showed up and immediately gave us plenty ideas to implement that were easy, tasteful, and exactly what we were looking for.  Working with her was a great experience, and we will definitely be looking to her for more advice as time goes along.
She gave staging advice for every room, helped make decisions on furniture choices we were considering, and helped us acquire the new pieces.  As a result, our home has a great new feel to it, and it was fairly easy to put her recommendations to work.  Whether you are just looking for advice, or need help on a complete interior design project, Janet has a ton of experience and knowledge.  We highly recommend that you give her a call.

Janet was right on time, and very personable. She understood what we were looking for in our living space and was right on board to help us create it. I am a science person, not a design person and wanted our new home to look like "us" but also look like it fit and flowed together. Color choices for paint (I wasnt' going to live in another beige house!)were primary concern to me and we ended up with very specific choices to test out. This was great. Janet also helped with furniture placement and where I wanted to get new items for areas, she helped me understand what would work best and fit with everything. Il learned so much and wondered why I never did this before! I would not have believed we could cover our entire home in 2 hours, but we did!
Janet was fun to work with, understood that we wanted our animals to be part of your home and the home to fit them as well, and we are really excited to get it all going. It is so great to have a PLAN. We have already startd painting. For the first time in my life I have an accent wall. And we BOTH like it:)

Janet is a fabulous Interior Decorator.  I inherited furniture and artwork.  My furniture and artwork spanned many decades,
several styles and all price levels.  My own furniture was contemporary oak and needed updating.  Janet helped me decide
what to keep and what to sell.  Janet incorporated the inherited items with some of my previous items.  We shopped for a few new
pieces.  She stayed in my price range and was always on time.  Janet put it all together with sensational taste and style!

I found Janet on Angie's list and contacted her about a consultation.  I don't have the decorating gene; I've been stymied in selecting paint colors for over two years now and figured it was time for professional help.  Janet arrived on time, and we proceeded to review each room in the house.  She recommended colors for each room, including accent walls.  I specifically wanted some "classic" colors, not something trendy that would need to be re-done in three years.  She also told me how to re-arrange various pictures (for example, I have been hanging them too high and not spacing them properly), and furniture arrangement.  We also went over options and selected a path forward for the front room in the house, with seems kind of like an "extra" room that I've never figured out what to do with; since it's not used much I don't want to spend a lot of money on it.  We also talked about where I can shop for things to get nice things at a reasonable price.

I have elected to do much of the work myself, now that I know the path forward!  I enjoyed working with her, and e-mail as questions arise. 

Janet is great about sticking to what you asked her to focus on, as opposed to venturing into other suggestions. She had good advice for us and was happy to help us procure things as well but not at all pushy in that regard. If you need a decorator but don't want to invest a huge amount, Janet is a great resource.

I initially met with Janet just after we bought the house, about a month before we were actually moving to CO. I gave her pictures of all of my furniture etc. We were going to have the new house painted so she helped me select my colors. The house has been painted and the colors look great. We identified where most of the furniture, art, and major accessories would go. Once we got moved in she came back for the 3rd hour and we made some adjustments. Having her help made the whole moving process so much less stressful. I was able to get my house pulled together and we didn't have to move big pieces of furniture around multiple times.
