Once they were able to work me into their schedule, they called and informed me of their arrival time and arrived on time. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He cleaned out my outside cooling vents, recharged my Freon, and got my A/C working to where I thought it should be. He also cleaned up after himself. I appreciated working with A-Team.

They came out quickly and got my unit working. The problem re-occurred the a couple of days later. I called the office and a service man returned to my house immediately and replaced a part (fan motor) and have been happy since then. Repair was done quickly and the owner and service tech were very friendly and informative.

They have been quite efficient. What I liked about them is the speed at which they installed. I called them and they are in the same day to take care of the problem. I definitely will be referring them and calling them back when I would need their services. Price wise it is great because the bill is added to our electrical bill. It is a great program they are involved with the electrical company.
