Description of Work: I reserved a trailer from Uhaul, with a pick up time of 2pm. I arrived 20 minutes late, and an incredibly rude kid told me that my trailer was no longer available, even though I could see it on the lot. He told me that I was too late, even though I had guaranteed my rental with a credit card. When I questioned this, he told me to shut up or he would call the police. I have heard from others that this black kid is rude like that to many people and he has threatened to call the police on others who question his business ethics. My wife put down the moving supplies that she had picked up and we left. Even complaining to Uhaul management got no apology and that kid is still working for Uhaul. As a side note, we went to Penske truck rental, where the lady was incredibly nice and helpful. We rented a truck instead of a trailer, but it was a better solution for us. I have rented a couple of Penske trucks now and they have always had better, cleaner equipment at a lesser price. STAY AWAY FROM UHAUL! Their equipment is broken down junk, their prices are high, and the customer service is abysmal, worse than abysmal, I have never been treated so poorly or so rudely at any business in my life.
