I reserved a trailer rental and guaranteed it with a credit card. When I arrived, I was told by a very rude person that since I was an hour late my reservation was canceled and even though I could see the trailer parked outside the door, I could not have it. When I told him that a one hour late cancellation was unheard of, he threatened to call the police if I didn't leave. Go rent at Budget, they are friendly and helpful. This guy should be in a mental institution.
