My husband and I could not be more pleased. The garage door is absolutely beautiful. We chose a different color and style than what we had before and it looks perfect. We were also extremely pleased with the fast installation process and the professionalism of this company. I would give them an A++++++++ and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a garage door.

Everyone with whom we dealt was professional, friendly, and even eager to help us save money ! Their personable secretary, Tabitha, suggested that we actually bring the window into their shop ourselves so that we could avoid their service fee. In addition, their price for the repairs was much less than other places. These are good people to deal with. Even though ours was a very small
transaction, we were shown the same interest and attention that a large account would merit. We were very pleased.

As you can see from my previous complaints on Savannah Glass Co. I had been trying for months to get screens put on 5 of my windows. Seems easy and reasonable enough. Just to be able to raise the windows without bugs and birds flying in. The came 4 times and every time the screens had been measured wrong. It took them weeks in between visits to even measure and come back. Finally we called Tull Brothers after telling Savannah Glass to forget it. They were friendly, courteous and helpful. They came out quickly and measured, gave us our estimate and had them installed within a weeks time. The price was a little more than what we were quoted at Savannah glass, but WELL worth it considering the quality of service. I will gladly use Tull Brothers again in the future if I should have a need. I will never go back to Savannah Glass.

After the storms of 2011 that took down our fences and trees, we noticed that our garage door opener was acting funny. We called Tull Brothers. The gave us a 2 hour time frame to expect them that SAME DAY. The individual showed up within the first 15 minutes of that time frame and told us that our garage door opener needed to be replaced. We expected that because we heard it sizzle during the storm. The repair person had a garage door opener in the van and had it installed within an hour including the keypad entry. The punctuality, service, and professionalism was outstanding. I did some checking around and the price was just about right meaning that some were a bit higher and some a bit lower. However, everyone else was going to make us wait for weeks. I'll call them without hesitation in the future.

The lady that answered the phone was extremely helpful and friendly. She was able to give me an estimate over the phone. Within a couple of hours of the initial phone call a repairman was at my house! When he didn't have the proper spring on his truck another repairman was sent, again within a couple of hours with the springs. This was all done the same day of the phone call! Both repairmen they were sent were very professional. The repair was done quickly, and the bill was exactly the amount quoted over the phone (very reasonable-I had done research) even though he also replaced several bolts that were missing from the door, tightened all the remaining bolts and oiled/serviced all the door hinges. This was by far the most positive experience I have ever had with any type of home repair.
