They were here when they said they would be here. The job went smoothly and the servicemen were very professional. The company owner was here part of the time overseeing the progress. A couple of unforseen problems popped up during installation and these were taken care of at no extra charge. The work was completed in one day and my house has never been so cool.

They originally replaced my HVAC system. They came out this past monday to fix the blower motor on the unit. They do exceptionally good work and even worked with me on pricing since I am not currently working. I was very appreciative of them helping me out. It was the owner, Danny Thomas that performed the work. They are very prompt, which I appreciated. They did things that other HVAC companies have not done and even gave me tips on mainting my unit.

Danny found that the compressor replacement performed by an American Home Shield representative was installed with the wrong compressor model and filled with too much freon thereby causing improper cooling and excessive noise. With a few adjustments our A/C is now running quietly and cooling properly. This was a great job performed will and promptly and at a reasonable price. I would reccommend Thomas Heat and Air to everyone.
