Terminix - Jackson -Termite & Pest Control

I signed the contract, I gave him a check for $540 and in the meantime I had someone else come for a second opinion. There is no damage under my house, so I have requested to cancel the contract and my money to be refunded, however the check went through yesterday. I am wanting to cancel all Terminix services. I called the next day, and I was told that the office manager was out of the office for a surgery, and would call me back on Monday, and it has been a week and no-one has contacted me. I have tried every phone number I can find, so I am going to the Jackson office on Thursday.  I would tell friends that they are very dishonest, and they need to go somewhere else.  I am not satisfied at all.

They haven't been to our house in probably 7 or 8 years. They didn't do a full job, they did a halfway job. The customer service was bad. We asked them to call to set up an appointment before they came so somebody could be here to let them in the carport and make sure they went under the house. But they never went under the house and halfway sprayed around the house. It was poor service.

They've been doing the pest control for my house at least 15 years. They are very dependable and they come when they say they are going to. If there are any kind of problems they will say they will come out right this minute. I am not real happy with them but I think they have done everything they can to get rid of ants. He has been out and sprayed 3 times and we've even used those little ant hotels. He has really gotten them down and he is supposed to come on Thursday. They will send me an email and they will call to let me know he is coming. The ants are a whole lot better. Their price is very reasonable. If you pay for the year, you get a month free. Wayne is awesome. I have his business card and I can call and he will usually come out within 24 hour. I really think we would be taken over by bugs if we didn't have them. They do a pretty good job.

It was good. I used them because of the price. They were very nice. The quality of their work is excellent.

Horrible service.

The in ground drain was a complete waste of money.

The jacks put in crawlspace were put on soft ground. Another contractor said they are a complete waste of money.

They failed to communicate after MONTHS of me trying to contact them.

I was ignored, treated rudely and the issue of the crawl space was never addressed.

Horrible service  in my experience. Failed to return my repeated attempts of contacting them on the phone.

Unless they have changed their management and have changed their ways, I would not be able to recommend them to anyone.

Great job & very professional. Helped for a very important business opening.

They were prompt as far as answering the call.

If I have a problem they come our immediately and remedy it.  Overall they are excellent and the price is fair.

They have honored all of the obligations that they have told me they are going to do. They are always on time.

They were friendly, and when the bugs came back they back for no charge to correct the problem.

I would recommend them. I will continue to use them; I have to or I will lose my Terminix contract which renews every year.
