We were very pleased with Mr. Ellis' inspection. He was very knowledgable and extremely thorough (spent 3.5 hours at the house!). He was friendly and happy to explain everything to us in detail. He encouraged us to ask lots of questions and join him on the roof, in the attic, and under the house. He also gave us plenty of suggestions about how to deal with the problems he discovered with the house. He provided us with a report, which we felt left out a few details and should have had more pictures, but if you take notes during the actual inspection, you'll have all the information you need about your home. We would recommend using Mr. Ellis' services.
