They were very efficient, moved small furniture pieces including sofa and coffee table, put them back with protective pieces under them.  Had a huge fan going to make the carpets dry quickly.  Everything was cleaned well.

My scheduled time was sometime between 10 and 12 noon. At 9:30 a phone call informed me that they were on their way. Within 10 minutes, two very polite and professional young men arrived and went to work. More than once they asked if I was satisfied with how the sofa and carpet were looking. I was more than happy with the finished product! They wore booties and even provided me with a pair until the carpet was dry. Their job was finished and they were on their way at 10:15.
