I've been going to them about three years. The reason I go to Jackson, its a little further to drive but they do a better job. They've got a brand new place and it is just as nice as it can be. Everybody is just as friendly as they can be. They really do a good job or they have so far. You drive up and somebody comes up and meets you at the car, you don't have to get out and walk in. I've been to the service place and there will be somebody to meet you to know what your problem is or what you need. The place is just better than any place I've been in. They have a snack bar, the serve donuts, rolls or whatever and they have coffee all the time.

I was satisfied with their service. Their waiting room is wonderful. They have TV, magazines and candies. They have comfortable chairs too.

Robinson Toyota is first class. I bought my car from them and get my car serviced with them. If I have any questions they are always very helpful and professional. I once woke up to a dead battery and called the service department they sent a service man out to my home and jumped my car off. They are the best and the guarantee all their work.

I've been very satisfied with their service. They have a large service force and they go through the car and they tell you not only what you brought it in to have it fixed and they also tell you what else is wrong with it, which may need fixing in the future. However, their prices seem to be on the high side.

They're clean, professional and honest. They document what they do, and they show you a computer dialysis of what's needed. They gave us estimates of different tires of what would work on my car. They're really responsive and punctual. They offer a shuttle service.
