I had to call them out twice to fix the leaks. The third time I called them out they never came.I had to call Affordable Gutter, of which I found on Angie's List. They had to work on it twice and never got the leaks stopped. I finally had to hire someone else to come out and flash the chemniy. They did a good job on these, fan and lights. I still have one leak in the bath room and one other leak I agreed to fix. The microwave is not level but the cabinets look good. They did a good job here as well with the fridge. They did a good job on the steps. They did a good job here as well with the faucets. They had to come back out and fix the siding. My advise to anyone using this service would be to make out a punch list and do a walk through with them before payment is rendered.I was too trusting and did not do this. The reason I will not use them again is because of them not coming back and completing the job.

Bob was very professional and completed our project quickly. The finished project was exactly what we had hoped to achieve. Adding an addition to a mobile home is more difficult than adding an addition to a conventional home. Bob was accommodating and ready to make any changes we wanted.

It was a wonderful experience. I would recommend Bob and Renovations Home Repair Company to anyone! He does great work!

Mr. Bates was always very encouraging and upbeat, when I was hesitant in whether I had made decision mistakes. Overall my kitchen is beautiful . He turned very dark, 35 year old , solid oak cabinets into medium light oak, replaced all doors and drawers, he replaced and stained new molding and kick molding. And so much more. Due to an out of town appt, I was not able to be at home for the Quartz people to measure; Mr. Bates was kind enough to meet them, let them in the house and answer any questions. He took a lot of worry off of my husband and myself. I would be happy to talk to anyone, if you are considering this company.

Bob Bates does excellent work and I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

Mr. Bates and his team were punctual, courteous, and professional. I was very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They added some extra touches without charging (additional selves in closets, a small shelf in the shower,). My only regret was that they did not put up dust barriers or use rugs to catch the dust from their shoes. My bathroom was constructed with heavy plaster walls and demolition was very dusty. They cleaned up their work area every day but dust barriers would have kept the dust a little more localized.

In addition, he returned later in May to repair a door that he had installed, I was having problems with. He returned to our home promptly , repaired a few minor issues and did not charge a penny. I willo continue to call him if needed. I feel I have finally found someone that is honest and forthright in his work. I have had several renovations over the last 2 years to my home and was NOT satisfied with anything until Mr. Bob Bates. I felt the other 2 companies took me for granted because I was a woman and the jobs were insurance related NOT MR BATES.

They took a sample of our hard wood floor to match the new treads, then they removed all carpet, old treads and risers, handrails and spindles. They measured each new tread, installed using glue and screws from underneath. Painted the wall s, installed trim, and painstakingly measured and installed approximately 100 spindles. The care they took to make sure everything was correct and accurate was very commendable, and it shows in the final results. They were carpenters in every sense of the word. I would highly recommend them.
