I made an appointment, took my 2 dogs in for a bath. When I arrived there were two pit bulls loose in the and quot;waitingand quot; area and there were two more pit bulls coming in behind my dogs. I asked how they separated the dogs and was told and quot;they'll be fine playing together in the waiting area.and quot; I will not allow my dogs to be placed in a small room with 4 pit bulls with no means to separate them. I left immediately and went to PetCo. They did wonderful job and have been ever since.

I also get my dog groomed here and have done so for atleast 2 years now. They have always done a fantastic job. I have a Westie and they always know how to cut her right, which can be difficult for some groomers I've previously used. They are a tad bit pricey but it's worth it to have my dog looking good and to know that she's being treated right. I used a groomer a few years back that did an excellent job but was extremely mean to my dog when we were gone. I've used Petsmart for training as well and it was excellent. I'd recommend Petsmart a thousand times.
