Since my car has a sealed transmission I initially went in to have my fluid checked, they checked the fluid and actually showed me it was full and clean. I then asked if they could do an oil change because it was about due, I drive a Mercedes Benz which used 7+ quarts of synthetic oil and I am very cautious with my vehicle. I usually do the work myself and only use what the factory recommends but since I had it there I thought I would let them do it. They asked what oil I normally use and checked it out on the computer to make sure it was the correct oil which it was. They did the oil change and also did a bumper to bumper inspection, they found that the cabin filter was original and needed to be replaced, I like the fact that they asked me before replacing it. They also gave me a print out of the work they did and what I needed to watch for in the future such as my fan belt was showing some cracks and my rear tires were close to the wear bars, minor but things I should be aware of and have changed within the next 10-15,000 miles.  They were very friendly and never did any repairs without asking me first which I appreciate.
