Jackson Overhead Door serves the Golden Circle of Tennessee, giving us the experience and expertise to “do garage doors right!” In 2010, we began co-branding the business as “Jackson Overhead Door/The Total Garage Store.” This was done to emphasize that we can handle anything for any garage, whether it is a residential garage door or opener, a gate system, a high speed door, or dock equipment. Poor quality work, even worse communication. Sent man out, stated would receive e-mail statement. NEVER RECEIVED, never MAILED STATEMENT to address they HAD ON FILE. I tried to pay cash at time of repair, which was DECLINED. Customer tried to contact, was told they had no knowledge of repair. Then turned repair over to collection! Door left UNSAFE and fell on customer, and of course NOW they claim no responsibility, it's a collection matter. AVOID THIS COMPANY, they are NOT FAMILY owned as advertised. Owned out of Knoxville, Tn. BEWARE YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY!

They did fine. We had a problem with one of the openers and they came back to fix it and everything was great. The service cost about $600 or $700. They did what they said that they would do and we did not have a problem when we had a problem. When we had an issue with the door, they came right out and fixed it and took care of it. Our interaction with them has been fine and we did not have a problem with that.

The experience was awful. I held their invoice for 3 months. None of the garage door companies around Jackson are worth much, to be honest. I am in commercial maintenance, and I needed a 14 to 14 highlift door, and they ordered me a 14 to 14 vertical lift. I had already cut the holes and they expected me to leave it open with the people's products in the building. It took them forever to get the door. I had several invoices with them. There were several things they were supposed to do, and they didn't do them, but they invoiced me. They are a rip off. You have to watch invoices and make sure they are billing you for what they did -- not 8 hours of service.

I've had a good experience with them. They were excellent. I didn't know it would be that cheap. It was very cheap. The guy came and in 15 minutes he was done and gone.

I called them because when I bought the doors, it was missing some parts, and I noticed the parts were missing, and so I called them to get me the parts. It took them maybe a month to get my parts.  They kept in touch to let me know what was going on.

They have good price and did a good job.  There was nothing that I didn't like about them.  They were very prompt.  They had several styles of doors.  It was good priced product.  They were very professional.

The service was excellent, and they even gave us a spray that we spray several times a year to make sure it doesn't happen again on the spring. They came right away, they god the job done, they knew what they were doing, and they gave us advise.

They were very professional in greeting and working with me I had a few issues with the materials that they were using and it took them just a little bit of time but they got everything took care of
