I called that morning and they got me in later that morning. They took care of both of my dogs and the service was great and the price was less than expected.

I called their clinic because my kitty was having some issues with his teeth and mouth. I was worried he might have an abcess. I was able to get an appointment within a hour of my call. Dr. Russell was very gentle and thorough. He was able to examine my nervous kitty's mouth with ease. I was very pleased with his treatment of my precious kitty. All the office staff were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them all.

This was the first time I've visited a vet in a very long time! I've always had a cat, and he's never needed anything. We just got a new puppy so we had to take him in for his shots (second round, breeder gave first round). We decided to go on Saturday since we were both off work and they take walk-ins. We got there right at 8am and didn't have to wait long at all, maybe 5 minutes.
The people at the desk were very friendly and sweet to our scared little puppy! After we got our paperwork filled out, we headed back to get him weighed and wait for the doctor. He came in within a few minutes and did a quick examination. It turned out our little guy has ear mites, so he set us up with some drops for him and our cat. They also gave us a de-worm tablet and a flea/tick treatment to start us out. All of that along with his shots was $91. It's probably more expensive than most, but I am fine with it because this place is within walking distance of my house.
I definitely recommend this vet. Everyone was very friendly, and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes! Our puppy seemed to like everyone there too.

I really like them. They do a really good job. All the vets are really friendly and I trust all the vets there. Their staff is excellent. Their prices are a little bit high. I will definitely continue to use them.

Excellent experience! Professional, but very friendly. I am new to the area and everyone was very sympathetic and helpful. They were the type of people I could call today to ask a non- vet related question and they would totally go out of their way to help me.

The facility I go to on NY is brand new, with all the newest equipment and a much bigger facility. Jackson's office is older, smaller, but very adequate for servicing my pet's needs. The front desk, techs, vet, were all very personable and nice to talk to.

They carry the special food that my cat has and just need a day or 2 notice to order for me. The office is in a nice location, accessible and convenient.

Would definately recommend to any one I know.

The service and care provided is excellent. I trust any of the vets to see my animals. They don't just come in, see the animal, and get put. They answer any questions we may have and really care about the animal's well-being.

I have to go to work during the week and the clinic is always kind enough to let me drop my pet off first thing in the morning, leave them for treatment and the pick them up at the end of the day. All of the Doctors are extremely nice and make me feel like they really care about my pet. I would HIGHLY recommend them to others. They are very affordable in a field that is quickly becoming very expensive.
