Mr. William responded same day and set an appointment on my schedule. Overall a wonderful person.

He tore down a metal bldg. that was set in concrete for me. It took about 3 hrs.

A pull down attic ladder malfunctioned at my mother-in-law's Jackson, TN home during our visit. We very much wanted to get it repaired before we left but had one day to get it done. I contacted William of Honey Do It and he graciously agreed to come out "early" Saturday morning of the Thanksgiving Weekend to look at the problem and see what needed to be done. He arrived on time as promises, was polite, professional and ready to work. He took the offending piece apart, re-worked them and put everything back into excellent working order so quickly we could hardly believe it. My mother-in-law had been quoted over $600.00 for a whole new afaik installation. William charged us a tenth of that and had the job done in a fraction of the time. My sister and I were visiting my dad in Jackson and have been talking about having the master bathroom done. The problem would be locating someone in Jackson, TN while we were in another city. Of course I head to Angie's list and located three handymen - and requested that they come and do an estimate while we were there in Jackson, visiting - two came out and one never showed. After William left my sister and I really didn't need to speak to anyone else as we were very impressed with his professionalism. However, you should always get at least two estimates so we did speak to the other handyman - he was a little cheaper but being a woman our  intuition said we should stick with William . I communicated with him long distance either by email or phone and a date was set up for him to start. My sister was going to go back to Jackson so she can make sure our 86 yr old Dad stays out of the way....and not run him away before he could do the job..And we are glad that we did as he ran across many obstacles - my sister stated every time there was an issue William would stop and explain to her exactly what was going on. He even had to stop for a day as we had to get a plumber (things were really bad in that bathroom).To make a long story short - William did a fantastic job and I don't want to leave off his helper!!! Even my Dad was impressed (which is a miracle). Will I hire him again DEFINITELY without hesitation. As a matter of fact will be contacting him very soon about doing the other bathroom and many other projects that is needed. He will be on my speed dial.  Thank you William

Everything he has done has been top notch.  He did a really elaborate roof repair job for a low price in the past.  If he makes a mistake, it's an honest mistake.  He doesn't really make mistakes; he is usually right.
