"Thank you soo much for the positive review. It was a pleasure working with you. I would like to point out we did not change the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger was improperly diagnosed by another local company. Other factors led to the improper operation of this equipment which is only 10 years old. To address the poor gas performance, we replaced the 1/2" gas line with 3/4" to deliver proper volume of gas to the equipment per the manufacturer instructions. We replaced the gasket for the draft motor to increase performance, which was leaking around the old gasket. Then we retested gas heat operation and pressure to confirm. We also performed a static pressure test to determine if the equipment was operating within listed pressure values. The system was found to be operating above the maximum rating for duct pressure, ( In other words the duct system was too small for the equipment. Then we replaced the undersized return 18" flex duct with solid round sheet metal duct 20" inch diameter and a R-10 insulation jacket. This dropped the external static pressure from .6 to a .35, which brings the pressures below the equipments maximum rating of .5 inches of water column. This also increases performance and efficiency, We replaced the primary condensate drain and added the secondary drain per the manufacturer. Overall this RUUD system seems to be operating smoothly now due to proper duct sizing and I would expect to see some savings this summer on utility costs, Thanks Again !! Kindest Regards, Chad C. It was a great experience. He came out on a Sunday morning and diagnosed the problem. Of course parts stores are not open on Sundays, but somehow he talked them into opening their store so he could fix my unit the same day. He not only looked at just the problem, but he looked at the whole system. He found where a previous provider did not assemble our unit correctly and fixed that issue. He also leveled our system, which was out of level by about 2.5 inches. I felt like I was in good hands at all times.

After finding out that our unit was leaking carbon monoxide into our home,and getting a very high quote from another service company, we sought out referrals from friends. Chad and Equity Enhancers were recommended by a friend that had the very same issue only one week before us. We had never heard of him but trusted our friends' referral. Equity Enhancers far exceeded our expectations. The tag line and quot;we careand quot; is the absolute truth! Chad didn't come just to do a quick fix and put some cash in his pocket; he did quality work and equipped us to take better care of our unit and to save energy. I have never given $1k for a repair with such a joyous heart. Equity Enhancers took great care of us and we are so pleased!

After installation we performed an external static pressure. test which confirms that the system is performing as expected.

Working in the rain til several hours past 5pm, Chad wouldn't stop until he had restored water to our home. He is knowledgable, dependable and trustworthy. The central unit was over 20 years old but he keep it going for us.

Quick job, changed the furnace with a new more energy effecient model, also adjusted some of the dampers in our duct system. Every room seems to be more comfortable now.
