Poor quality leather furniture for high prices. Poor customer service when you contact them to have it fixed when it’s still under their warranty period. Do not recommend.

Ray came in to check my washer out. the washer had water in it from a few days. he had to help scoop it out and helped to clean up the water on the floor. he was efficient and professional. He called promptly the next day to give me a quote on repair and opinion on repair. please note i have several big dogs and he just took them in stride- let me take time to put everyone outside so he could work

We purchased our appliances at Coffman's so that when we needed service we could get it at Coffman's as well. The thermal fuse needed to be replaced in the drier so I called Coffman's. A service tech came out the next day and within 10 minutes was able to replace the fuse and leave. Knowing that the cost of the fuse was about $11, I was surprised when I received a bill for $111. When I called the service department with my question I was told that an average service call was $70 and that it looked like the tech had added $20. I was told that sometimes the techs charge more for a complex or difficult job. The man said that the service tech would call me to discuss the bill (he never called). Three weeks later I went in the store to inquire. I was told that most service calls range from $70-90. To make amends the lady I talked to offered to split the $20 with me which reduced my bill to $100. Within an hour of leaving the store the original service tech called me. Interesting.

The outdoor kitchen was built, and their products (grill and grill hood) were installed by our construction people. When the fall weather came a few months later, and we first used the grill and hood, we quickly noted that the hood did not remove most of the smoke from grilling. Coffman's sent a service person out, and he realized from the first evaluation that the hood they sold us was too small, and needed to be at least 7 inches deeper. They told us that the industry standard was for the hood size to equal or exceed the cooing surface area of the grill. They informed us that ours was the second such outdoor kitchen purchase, and they had the same issue with their first customer, and added that they were "new in the outdoor kitchen product business." We depended on their expertise, and as consumers we were unaware of proper hood sizes. We bought the prduct and size they recommended. We asked them to replace it with the right size, but they wanted us to pay the difference, which would be $2000. plus labor costs. Their argument was that we would have had to pay that much if the proper size was recommended from the beginning, which is infuriating since there is no way would have spent that much given the price from the outset. We had options, if given the right procuct/cost recommendations from the beginning, including a different kitchen deisgn, grill placement, grill size, or less expensive grill and hood, or even a different hood exhaust route. By the time theiur mistake was realized, it was too late to make any reasonable redesign. Despite multiple visits to our house from Coffman's and the hood distributor, and discussion with multiple service people at Coffman's, and evaluation by contractors on a way to reroute the hood vent, no solution could be found that was reasonable, and Coffman's refuses to correct the error they admitted that they made, leaving our only option to pay the cost difference of $1500. (they reduced our price difference by $500.) and for us to pay for the labor for removal of old and reinstallation of new, minus $100.
